About Fil Good Therapy

At Fil Good Therapy, founded by Ojasvi Bhardwaj, Registered Psychotherapist, you’ll find more than evidence-based care — you’ll find presence. Here, therapy is guided by creativity, curiosity, and deep respect for your unique path.

Based in Ontario and offering services across Canada, Ojasvi brings together the wisdom of eastern traditions and the grounding of western psychotherapy. She thoughtfully weaves mind, body, and heart into her work, helping clients uncover the roots of their challenges and move toward deeper understanding and meaningful change. A long-time meditation practitioner, she also integrates body-based and energy-informed approaches, gently supporting you to reconnect with yourself — often leaving you feeling a little lighter, clearer, and more attuned to your inner landscape every session.

Specializing in relational concerns and a graduate of McGill University’s Couples and Family Therapy program, Ojasvi offers virtual services for individuals, couples, and families. Whether you’re moving through inner challenges, relationship tensions, or navigating family dynamics- you’re warmly invited to explore our offerings, book a free consultation, or simply get a feel for whether this space is right for your next steps. ✨
